A
visit to the Ben Maddox House is a step back in history. Built in
1876, the home is located in historic Visalia only 5 blocks from
downtown Main street where specialty shops and fine restaurants
flourish. Constructed of Sequoia redwood, the parlor, bedrooms and
dining room remain in their original state, with 14-foot ceilings
and varnished white oak floors. Nearly one-acre grounds with
100-year-old trees include a small citrus orchard, fragrant rose
gardens and herb gardens. A warm welcoming awaits you.
